3. Please arrive at the examination center 10-15 minutes in advance of your scheduled time.
4. Food and beverages are strictly prohibited within any examination room.
5. Utilize the waiting room to warm up, practice your scales, and review your music theory.
6. Experiencing anxiety before a performance is a natural response; however, remember the diligent effort you have invested throughout the year. This is an opportunity to showcase your abilities and reap the rewards of your sustained dedication to the piano.
7. Upon entering the examination room, please ensure your comfort at the piano. Adjust the stool as needed, or request assistance from the examiner.
8. Should you require clarification on any instruction from the examiner, please do not hesitate to ask them to repeat it.
9. It is important to remember that the piano is not a school desk. Avoid sitting too close to the instrument to ensure your arms have unrestricted movement.
10. You have the option to commence with either scales or pieces, based on your personal preference and comfort level. The decision is entirely yours.
